CURRENT NOTES OF THE TURF Six two-year-olds, the property of John E. Madden, have arrived at Belmont Park, where they will be trained for early spring racing. The Cleveland Stable has five horses at Grevesend that Frank Regnn will train for a spring campaign over the Maryland and metropolitan tracks. Capt. James Butler, Jr., son of James Butler, the well-known eastern turfman and owner of the Empire City race track, has returned from France, where he served on the staff of General Hugh Scott.
