WILFRID VIAU SAILS FOR FRANCE NEW YORK, N. Y., February 8. Wilfrid Viau, the Canadian turfman and owner of Omar Khayyam, Westy Hogan and other good horses, sailed for France today. Mr. Viau, it is said, will dispose of his property in Paris and return to this couutry in time for the opening of the eastern rachig season.
