TRANSFER OF LEXINGTON TRACK Stockholders to Meet Tuesday, When Course "Will I Be Turned Over to Kentucky Jockey Club. LEXINGTON. Ky.. February 21. All stockholders In the Kentucky Association have been asked bv Secretary G. I. Wilson to be present in tlie office of the association next Tuesday morning at 11 o clock to witness the transfer of their stock to the Kentucky Jockey Club, which in future is to own the local race course in conjunction with the Churchill Downs, Douglas Park, and Latoula tracks, though the operating organizations are to be separate and distinct and local to the cities in which the tracks are located.
