CONSIDERING WASHINGTON RACING BILL LEXINGTON. Ky., February 22. Desponding to Governor A. O. Stanleys letter "approving un-equlvocally" the commission method of regulating the racing of horses in Kentucky and elsewhere, Governor Krnest Lister of the State of Washington, wrote as follows: "I have your valued favor of the 29th ultimo and desire to assure you of my UPpreelntioii of the same. The matter of establishment of a racing commission in this state is now before the legislature ami is a subject to which 1 am devoting much thought. The views which jjuu have Vent me will be helpful to me in connection with this proposed legislation."
