James Butler has eight "entries, seven being by Jiis stallion Out of Reach, which died last year. Major R. L. Gerry has nominated Feodor, by Ivan the Terrible Nannie Hodge - one of the highest priced yearlings sold last year. Practically all the supposed to be promising two-year-olds in the country have been nominated to race at the Empire City track in Jul-. Max Hirsch will hardly start any of the , Congressman Loft horses before Plmlieo, unless he has a Kentucky Derby candidate ready.
