AWAITING CHAIRMAN CAMDENS RETURN LEXINGTON Ky April 16 Secretary Sam C Nuckols today said he is not advised as to when the State Racing Commission will meet to grant trainers and jockeys licenses for the spring racing which is to ojxjn here April 24 and to take up the revision of the rules recommendations as to purses and other matters which have been lying over since the first of the year Judge Allie W Young as vicechairman could have called the commission together some time ago but he was expecting that former Senator Johnson N Cnmdcn the chairman would be back from Arizona before this date Cliainnnn Camden however is now in New York under a physicinnV care but it is expected that he will be home by Sunday next Secretary Nuckols is asking all trainers and jockeys who intend to participate in the racing in Kentucky to get tlieir applications for licenses to Mm at once
