TRIBUTE TO JOCKEY FRANK ROBINSON LOUISVILLE KV May 13 Tames Rowe who saddled Vindex for the Kentucky Derby spent part of the week in this city and on several occasions feelingly referred to the late jockey Frank Robin ¬ son who had ridden for him for two or three years Howe paid high tribute to Robinson and declared that in addition to being one of the best jockeys lie had ever had riding for him lie admired Itoliin son for manly qualities Rowe never became too intimate with the boys he had riding for him believing that it was best to keen aloof from thorn in order to maintain discipline but witli Robinson he took him in and whenever Robinson went down to Hrookdale Farm at Uedbank X J he lived at the big house with Rowe
