VALUABLE TWOYEAROLD FILLY RACE Clipsotta Stakes to Bo Run at latonia a Prize Well Worth Winning NinetyNine Eligibles to It CINCINNATI O May 17 One of the richest twoyenrold stakes exclusively for fillies to be run in America will be the Clipsetta which will bo run at I atonia Wednesday June IS This stake has brought out ninetynine entries and at the present time it looks much as though some filly from trainer Mose Goldblatts stable will be the choice Goldblntt is training the sensational Red Red Rose and Fun for the Greentree Stable which is owned by Mrs Payne Whitney and also has five more entered from tiie Harry Payne Whitney stable Some of these are not in Goldblatts barn at present having been entered by James Rowe from the east but they are due to arrive here in time for the race if they show form enough to warrant their being sent west When James Rowe was west for the Kentucky Derby he told Goldblatt that as soon as he could get ready he would ship eight more horses belonging to Whitney out west to run in the Louisville and Latonia events It is likely that they will be shipped direct to I atonia and prepared here for the twentyeightday race meeting which opens Tune 4 4Ninetynine Ninetynine fillies have been named for this race and the list includes all the fillies of prominence in the west including Talisman the winner of the Debutante Stakes at Churchill Downs The only promisiiijr filly missing is Furbelow the second choice in the Debutante and winner of the Hinata HinataIf If as many as ten go to the post in the Clipsetta this race will be wprth
