DEAL FOR HAVANA TRACK IS CLOSED CLOSEDNEW NEW YORK N Y May 24 Frank Steinhart the Havana traction magnate and capitalist an ¬ nounced today at Kelmout Park that the deal for the Havana track had been closed and the Loft DiazSteinhart syndicate would come into immediate possession Mr Steinhart further stated that ex ¬ tensive improvements are under consideration and that C J Fits Gerald who will be general man tiger will soon begin work in that direction
