FAIRY AVAXI began clear of crowding on the outside, followed the early leader closely in the early running and drew away in the stretch to win with speed in reserve. CORN TASSEL gradually improved his position on the inside and outstayed IIOLLISTER in the final drive. The latter was hard ridden all the way and tired in the closing strides. LORD BRIGHTON set a fast pace, but tired in the last eighth. SEXXIXCS PARK showed speed, but cpiit as if siiort. FLAGS ran a fairly good race. OLD ROSEBUD was in close quarters in the last eighth. TICKLISH was crowded to the inside rail in the last eighth. EXF1LADE went up in the air at the start, but closed a big gap early and tired from the effort.
