STABLE ROOM AT JEFFERSON PARK COVINGTON, Ky., September 25. JuUuS Reeder, who is assisting in the secretarys office at Latonia, was notified this, afternoon by tlio Jefferson Park management to begin accepting applications for stablo room from horsemen here intending to race at the newer track in the Crescent City. The Jefferson Park management is desirous, because of the limited stable space at the track, that the horsemen confine their requests to stables actually required for horses they intend to race over the track.
