The latter ran well and finished gamely under punishment. MOCK ORANGE closed a big gap and finished with a rush. PUNCTUAL tired. IRELAND was as good as left. ANNETTE TELLER closed a big gap in the last quarter. . The latter was sharply cut off at the three-eighths post and was taken to the outside, but finished tiring. QUEEN OF THE SEA tired in the stretch after racing into the lead.
