BECK AND CALL raced SUGARMINT into defeat and took a clear lead on tlie stretch turn, but gave way when challenged. SUGARMINT tired after going a half in tlie lead. ENFILADE displayed great speed in early pacemaking, but tired in the last eighth. ORMONDA set a fast early pace and raced on the outside all the way.
