JUDGE ALLIE YOUNGS BROTHER KILLED LEXINGTON, Ky., November 20. Circuit Judge William Young of Morehead, brother of Judge Allie W. Young, member of the Kentucky State Racing Commission, and former County Judge Harlan Sexton of Menifee County, were instantly killed yesterday afternoon at Brighton Station, near John E. Maddens Hamburg Place, when a Chesapeake and Ohio railroad freight train struck the automobile in which they were coming to Lexington. Squire Williams of Menifee County was slightly injured, but .1. M. Dash and Curt Pierratt, who were in the car with them, escaped uninjured.
