REFUSES TO INTERFERE AT BOWIE DALTIMORE, Md., November 25. Associate Justice Kilmore Dcall at Upper Marlboro, Md., yesterday denied the application of States Attorney Marvin Teach for an injunction to prevent betting at the Dowie race track. Judge P.eall stated that in view of the injunction granted a few days ago by Associate Judge D. Harris Camallier restraining the states attorney and the sheriff of Prince George County from interfering with the racing at Dowie and "for other reasons not necessary to set forth" he was constrained to refuse the injunction requested by the states attorney.
