1 WILSONS HANNIBAL BEST WINNER CORN TASSEL, THISTLED0N, SIMPLETON, WYOMING OTHER GOOD CONTRIBUTORS TO THE INCOME OF HIS STABLE THIS YEAR The respected president of the Saratoga Association, Mr. R. T. Wilson, annually figures respectably in the matter of money won by his horses. The present year was no exception. In Hannibal he possessed one of the best three-year-olds of the year, a colt of great speed and particularly in high form in tlte autumn. Being one of Mr. Wilsons own breeding, his victories over, such horses as Naturalist. Star Master, Jock Scot, Audacious, Spur, Drummonri and other good racers were especially gratifying to his owner. The fleet and reliable Santoi gelding, Corn Tassel, was u good winner for him and, having been sold to S. C. Hildreth, is likely to render good service to his new owner in the racing of 1920. Another of his own breeding, Thistledon, was a useful three-year-old and winner of within a few hundreds as much as Corn Tassel. His best two-year-olds in winnings was the Luke McLuke colt. Simpleton. Among his victories was the Rainbow Stakes at Empire City. As the property of .1. O. Talbott he is now at New Orleans, where he should be heard from favorably in good time. Others which won in excess of ,000 for Mr. Wilson were Wyoming, Thunderstorm and Straight Forward. Last year his stable earnings were 0,527, so there was a slight falling off this year, when the record of his stable was: Horse. Col. and Sex. A. Pedigree. 1st. 2d. 3d. Won.
