GIVES STALLION TO BREEDING BUREAU MONTREAL. Que.. December 13. The thoroughbred stallion Bonnie Dance, four years old, has been donated to the Canadian National Bureau of Breeding by J. K. L. Ross. Bonnie Dance is royally bred, being by Lomond, by Desmond, by St. Simon-, dam Iiwn Dance, by Common, by Isononiy. lie is a bay horse, a shade under sixteen hands, of good substance and beautiful conformation. He was purchased in Ireland in 1917 for Commander Ross after he had won the Pheonix Park Plate at. The Curragh. which was his only start, and in this race he showed such marked ability that, wholl he was sold he was one of the high priced colts of that year. He was shipped to America and iu 1918 was pointed for the Kentucky Derby, but unfortunately bowed a tendon and has not raced on this side. His extended pedigree sliows him to In? one ttC the best bred horses ever brought to America.
