HUNTING, FISHING AND SPORT. Trappers in the New York Adirondack region, due to the unprecedented high prices paid for furs, are making from 00 to 500 a week, and some schoolboys have made as much as a week by trapping during spare time. Ducks are damaging the rice fields of Glenn and Colusa Counties, California, to a great extent and growers will sustain even heavier losses this season than they have in past years. A number of rice growers, are complaining of the damage and are quick to refute the assertion of the State Fish and Game Commissioners that only a few fields have been Invaded and that the damage lias been slight.
