NEW IRISH COURSE NEAR DUBLIN DURLIN, Ireland, December 15. It is proposed to lay out a new and up-to-date race course near Navan. County Meatii, on a large farm which was recently purchased by Albert Lowry, the owner of Cheap Popularity and Ugly Duckling. The place is admirably adapted to the purpose, and the site is a splendid one. The course will be two miles iu circumference, and there will be a straight five-eighths track. Navan is some twenty miles northwest of Dublin and about the same distance between the considerable towns of Mulligar and Drogheda .
