1 KENTUCKY JOCKEY CLUB MEETS TODAY LOUISVILLE. Ky., December IS. Col. Matt J. Winn, vice-president and general manager of the Kentucky Jockey Club, is iu Louisville for a brief j stay. A meeting of directors of the Jockey Club I will be held tomorrow and plans for next years I racing will be discussed. Colonel Winn has just returned from the east, where he conferred with leading owners in that section. He was assured that all of the big stables would make nominations for the Kentucky stakes. The Kentucky Derby, especially, will draw a big representation from the east.
