THOROUGHBRED BEST CENTURIES PAST The thoroughbred horse is the sporting horse of the world. The breed wsis established for racing and has been maintained for that puriwse in England and other countries since the days of Charles II.. who was restored to the throne in 1000. Certain strains have at times thrown out ".sports" that have shown other qualities, which were intensified and developed by clever breeders, who established saddlers, hunters, coachers and the trotter.
