PLAN TO RACE AT TULSA NEXT YEAR TlLSA. Okla., December 10. At a banquet given by the Chamber of Commerce Wednesday night it was decided to make an effort to revive racing in Tulsa next year. Arrangements have been made for the purchase of a tract of 040 acres, convenient to the city on the east, which will be converted into an aviation field, exposition grounds and amusement park. Two tracks, one a mile in length, the other seven-eighths of a mile, and a fireproof grandstand will be features of the racing plant.
