CUBA BILL FOR NATIONAL RACE PRIZE HAVANA, Cuba. December 20. A bill has passed the senate and is now pending iii the house for the Republic of Cuba to donate each year a sum of .5,000 to a stake, which is to be known as the Cuba Grand Xatlotial Prize, for two-year-olds bred on the Island of Cuba. The idea of. this stake- is to. encourage, the breeding of high-bred horses on the island.
