KENTUCKY RACING COMMISSION MEETS LEXIXGTOX, Ky., December 20. Secretary S. C, Xuckols, Jr., this afternoon announced that chairman Johnson X. Camden has called a meeting of the Kentucky State Itacicg Commission, to lw held tomorrow morning at 10 oclock at the Camden home, near Versailles. It is stated in the call that the meeting is for the purpose of taking action upon the report of the committee which was ap-ltointed about a year ago to revise the rules of racing, to adopt the commissions biannual report to the general assembly, which is to convene at Frankfort January , and to transact such other business as may come properly before it. Xo intimation has lieen given as to whether It is probable that the racing dates for the spring of 1920 will be fixed at this meeting, but it is likely that there will be some expression as to the added values to Mtnkes and purses. Secretary Xuckols will leave here Sunday for Xew Orleans, where he is to Imj one of the stewards at the Business Mens Racing Association meeting at the Fair Grounds.
