Sr., of Genesee wnx reapp inted lo succeed himself, the new members being Hall.v F. Sinclair of New York City and George XT. Loft of Baidwia, Nassau County. Mr. Sinclair succeeds John Sanfoiil of Amsterdam and Mr. Loft succeeds. H. K. knapp. both i.fwlm -p terms have expired. Neither Mr. Left nor Mr. Sim lair are members of the New Sort lackey Club, though both are harm owners, the latter being associated with Mr. Samuel Hildreth. Mr. Lo.t is also a stockholder in the Laurel, Mil., race course.
