Present Indications ate that the final full week of the Fair Grounds rachtg season will be ushered in tomorrow i in. der the asset pleasing conditions of the winter] to date. A summer tempt ratine prevailed today, and the course was in better condition than at any time -ince the meeting opened. As a result there were more hor-es out for gaOope this morning than in a long while, and it was nearly noon before the track was clear of them. The continued Improvement in track conditions last Week resulted in high el;;-- racing, and the Saturday program was the best ever offered In the recent history of the siort in this city. The Clopton horses have earned ,961 for their owner, while the Whilney racers have placed .44l to the credit of the New York turfman, a difference .of only sr.lii.
