JOCKEY HANMER GOING TO ENGLAND MONTREAL, Quebec, September 21. Jockey H. Ilnnmer will sail from Montreal Saturday for England to join the training establishment of his uncle, for whom lie will ride abroad. Hanmer has been with W. L. Oliver this year.
