CURRENT NOTES OF THE TURF Jockey W. Gargan had his shoulder fractured in a fall at Chagrin Falls last week. W. S. Kilmer, through the prowess of his brilliant racer Exterminator was the largest winner at the recent Woodbine Park meeting. Gad Bryan says Jefferson Park will ooen November 25 with a ,500 added opeaing fea ture at one and a sixteenth miles, for three-year-olds and over. There will be seven races daily and the meeting will be of thirty-two days duration. Brown Prince, recently purchased by a syndicate of American thrfmen comprising H. P. Headley. W. B. Miller and Frederick Johnson, is expected to arrive in New York within a few days. He will immediately be transferred to H, p, Headleya farm to Kentucky.
