END OF CANADIAN SEASON! I Large Attendance Sees Final Days Sport at Kenilworth Closing Feature to Hindoostan. WINDSOR", Ontario, October 33. With the running of todays program nt Kenllwcrtii 1ark the curtain on racing in Canada for the season of 1920 was rung down. The Kenilworth club has had a most successful meeting, many people having., been attracted here from all parts of the country to ! attend the special race between Man ,o War and Sir Barton. Like yesterday, this afternoon was a perfect one for outdor sports and a large crowd was in attendance. The feature race, a ,000 handicap, at one mile and a sixteenth, fell to nimloostan,, which made most of the pace and beat Kuklux by a length. Jockeys Grune and Harbourne having ridden fifteen each were forced to cancel their mounts this afternoon where the five-pound apprentice allowance was claimed. The Canadian rules stipulate that after a boy rides fifteen winners their contract employer only is entitled to the five pounds allowance. Commander J. K. L. Ross added another .young rider to his stable when he purchased the contract on Harbourne, which was held by J. Mclllmurray. The latter also disposed of the plater Biddledee to R. H. Goode. W. C. Weant claimed the plater Ten Can yesterday for ,500. Toombeola came out of his race the other day a lame horse and willbe on the shelf for some time. Pierrot also pulled up sore after his race.- George Walker will ship the Brookdale Stable horses to Barrie, Out., tomorrow, where they will go into winter quarters. Jack Atkin wired starter Harry Morrissey that he would be in New York October 20. Joseph McLennan leaves for his home in Chicago for a short visit before resuming his duties at Bowie, Md. Man o War threw one of hi. hind shoes at tlia seven-eighths post in his race yesterday and finished the race with only three plates. Ross stable after Tveogh was substituted on Sir Barton in the Gold Cup race yesterday and that Commander Ross, good sportsman that he is; on hearing that the lad Was dissatisfied, presented him with his contract. It is said that Sande may ride for the Harry Payna Whitney stable next year. John Oliver Keene, Kay Spcnce. W. V. Thraves and the remainder of the big delegation that came from Kentucky to witness the big race departed last night. , Frank J. Bruen, manager at Oriental Park, left for Kentucky tonight to arrange some of the details for the shipment of the stables "to Cuba.
