BOWIE MEETING OPENS ON SATURDAY BALTIMORE, Md., November 11. Prince George Park, Bowie, with its new buildings bright in fresh paint, its fine mile track with its seven-eighths extension in better condition than ever before, its stables filled with horses, is all ready for the opening on Saturday of the fall session of the Southern Maryland Agricultural Association. This meeting will be the last of the eastern racing season for the year. 1920. It will encounter no opposition artywhere in the United States after Saturday until Thanksgiving, when the winter meetings will begin. There will be no stake races run at Bowie, but the purse distribution among horsemen will be approximately 30,000.
