HORSES SOON TO LEAVE HOT SPRINGS HOT SPRINGS Ark April 0 The Oakluwn colony will bo reduced this week when the horses cf AVilliam Martin and Theodore Cook are trans ¬ ferred to Havre do Grace Camoufletir wintered well and is in condition to go to the post right now Martins best money earner Jack Stuart had to be left in Maryland last fall and will rejoin the stable at Havre de Grace having been started for that point this morning Theodore Cook has been here for some time with Mr Martin and is enthu ¬ siastic over the condition of the horses horsesJohn John Sanford master of Hurricana Farm has had the largest aggregation of horses to winter here His string comprising thirtythree head have been in charge of Preston Burch and Holly Hughes In the band are several Frenchbred colts for which Mr Sanford paid huge sums The colts are all training well and have been schooled thoroughly at the barrier There are fifteen older ones in the stable some that raced successfully last year around New York tracks The division which will be in charge of Preston Burch will leave for Havre de Grace about April 15 and the others that Holly Hushes will have in charge will go shortly thereafter to Jamaica for racing there
