NO AGREEMENT ON LICENSE QUESTION BALTIMORE Md May 14 The Maryland State Racing Commission held a long session yesterday and discussed tlie licensing question No decision was arrived at due largely it is said to the op ¬ position of Chairman Stuart Oliver It is reported that one of the propositions discussed by tlie com ¬ mission was that tlie licenses should be passed on by a committee representing the fourmile tracks rather than by tlie commission itsejf Commissioner E Clay Timanus is opposed to this plan of divid ¬ ing authority The question will come up uguiu at the next meeting of the commission
