RIPOSTA WINS DELORIMIERS FEATURE MONTKKAL. Que., August 5. After racing Ina Wood into early defeat J. Hoskins Riposta scored an easy victory over Musito and Stepson in the McGill Purse, which attracted .the best field of the day, at Delorimier Park this afternoon. Yukon, Night Thought and Jantima all won with much to spare, but old Altamalia only got up in the closing strides to head Woodpile in In; sixth race. Weather conditions were again favcrabe, and attendance showed much improvement over yesterday. Gene Lutz reports that Propaganda was withdrawn today for the reason that he suffered a slight hemorrhage after working yesterday.
