Won easily; second and third driving. MUSTY raced into an easy lead and won all the way uncxtended. LUCKY FIND closed a gap steadily on the outside and raced into second place in the stretch drive. RRIOANNA, away well, raced forwardly throughout and held on gamely to the end. LAMPUS began slowly and displayed early speed, but tired after going a half mile. SAGACITY tired after racing in closest pursuit to the least eighth. The winner, entered for ,000. was bid up to ,005 and bought in. Scratched 50051 Fern Grass-, 110. Overweights Nancy, 3 pounds. PEN ROSE raced into the lead in the lirst sixteenth and, showing the most speed in the going : while under restraint, drew away after entering the stretch and woii easing up. CHATEAU THIERRY finished resolutely under hard riding and outstayed CIMARRON in the linal drive. The latter raced in close pursuit of PEN ROSE in the early running and ran a good race. MAVEIIONA, well ridden, followed the e early leader under slight restraint to the last eighth, where she took a small lead, but could not with-gfjA the winners challenge. SCOTCH VERDICT ran well and finished resolutely. TURNABOUT tired lolng three-nuartorjMnHiehjjilE going and Time, 23, 48, 1:01. Track muddy. Winner B. f, by Whisk Broom II. Leayonara, by Woolsthorpe trained by James Rowe; bred by Mr. L. S. Thompson. Went to post at 5:31. At post 1 nihuite. Start good and tilow. Won handily; second and third driving. NEDNA, well ridden, followed the leaders close up under restraint until well into the stretch, where she came fast and, wearing the leaders down, won going away. ROULETTE moved up rapidly at the eighth post, but tired in the final drive. CARETAKER, away forwardly, set the early pace and raced MODESTY into defeat, but tired near the end. ULTIMATA closed a gap and was gaining at the finish. MARYLAND BELLE ran a good race. MODESTY raced into the lead, but tired after running a good half mile.
