; 1 KING EDWARD STATISTICS 1 Riding of Jockey W. Hinphy the Big Feature of Second 1921 Meeting at Island Track. The Kitig Edward Park Jockey Clubs second meeting was held from August 115 to August 20, anil during the seven days of racing 1,000 was distributed in overnight purses. Owing to the rain and disagreeable weather encountered the meeting was not a financial success. The outstanding feature of the racing was the wonderful success of jockey YV. Hinphy, who rode sixteen winners in six days His success apparently turned his head and he was suspended for ten days, for conduct detrimental to the best interests of the turf and was not permitted to ride on the concluding day of the meeting.
