LEXINGTON HOflSES GO TO LAT0NIA LEXINGTON, Ky.. August 30. The racing stables of John M. Goode. J. O. Whitlow and II. H. Hewitt in two cars left here this morning for Latonia. During the next three days the stable of AV. L. Lewis. Dan AA Scott, Hal Price Headley. .lack Baker, Garret AAatts and J. H. Nichols will be shipped there. Others will remain here until after the Blue Grass Fair. The yearling colt Secret Ballot, b.v Ballot Eric Belle dam of Hank ODay which was purchased yesterday from E. Cnry AVard and J. L. Carrick of Georgetown, by Col. It. L. Baker, arrived at the track this afternoon and joined six others in the stable of Jack Baker. Five of these are owned by Col. Baker, and are as follows: Brown colt, b.v Black Toney Tranid sister to Love Not, b.v Aoter. Bay colt, b.v Colonel Venule Annie Gilmore dam of Ginger, by Dick AAelles. Chestnut colt, by King Gorin Arline dam of Serbian, by The Commoner. Brown filly, by .Mm Caffney Sweetheart Sue, by Peter Quince. Chestnut filly, by Ballot Blaze o Gold, by St. Florian. The other, which is owned in partnership b.v Messrs. S. K. Hughes and Kinney Nichols, is a chestnut filly, by King Gorin Resignation, by Ben Strome. "Bud" Fishers Prince Pal was shipped here yesterday from Louisville and turned out at John I. Carrs farm.
