Won easily; second and third driving. MARY PATRICIA raced in close pursuit, of the early leaders to the stretch and raced into a good lead witli a rush in the last eighth. PRELUDE saved ground on the far turn, but was unable to secure a clear course, then came to the outside in the stretch and. finishing fast, easily passed BEES WAX. The latter set a fast pace to the stretch and had no mishaps. PHANTOM BLUE was hard ridden, but tired after going a good half mile. TUFTER, off forwardly, followed the early pacemaker close up under slight restraint until rounding the last turn, where he took the lead and easily held sway to the end. SIREN MAID ran a good race and easily outstayed the others. SEA MINT set the early pace and tired, but under hard riding outgamcd ARAPAHOE in the final drive. The latter saved ground on all the turns and had no mishaps. CRYSTAL FORD quit in the stretch. WYNXEWOOD ran as if unfit. Scratched ".SOTody, 100; 57934Sea Sinner, 105. VINEYARD raced on the inside all the way and came fast through the stretch. WILD DEUCE was in close quarters until well into the stretch and finished fastest of all. FLUFF was uuder restraint for the first half anil moved up gamely on the outside when called on, but swerved put in the last quarter, which cost her the race. WEDGWOOD raced gamely, but tired in the last eighth after having taken the lead. MARJORIE M. set the early pace, but quit badly.
