CLANSMAN moved up rapidly after going a half mile aud, taking the lead, was going away at the end. MOCO closed a big gup and finished fast and gamely. BRILLIANT KAY showed the most early speed, but could not withstand the rush of the -winner. PLUCKY ran holow expectations, but finished gamely.. ROBERT OLIVER, jumping in a faultless manner, moved up steadily while coins to the thirteenth fence, caught the leader at the fourteenth jump and -was going away at the end. -JOYFUL, after-being closest to the loader from the start, finished gamely, but could not withstand the rush of the winner. FRANK B. made the running and raced into ri long lead, but made a bad landing rit the eleventh Jump and his rider lost, one of his stirrups. MINATA ran a game race. The latter was badly outran early, but closed a gap with a rush in the stretch. BYGONE DAYS ran a good race, but tired after taking the lead. DAMASK came fast through the stretch. RriUDHTM ran well. TRYSTER soon raced into second place and, while held safe by the winner, outfinished BILLY KELLY. The latter was on the inside all through the early running and, coming to the outside en the stretch turn, made a fast finish. POLLY ANN tired after closing a gap. Tlic latter was much used in paeomaking and racing MEIIBIMAO and SCOTCH VEKDICT into defeat and lired in the final drive. MEKRIMAO raced gamely and outstayed ROSEATE. The latter came with a rush on the outside. SCOTCH VERDICT quit. CIIINNIE WALSH ran well. Scratched 57995 Pokey B., 101. Overweights Bar One, 1 pound.
