♦ PECULIAR DEATH OF SIRE KING PRIAM King Priam, the sire of the first winning two-year-old bt England this year, an unnamed colt, the dim of which is Larkspur II.. died in France toward the e-uel of 1920. He was found dead in his box nnd there seemed so 1 it : le- leason for it that a post mortem was held. It revcah-el the curious fact that King Priam had hardly a drop of blood in his veins.
