CHANGES AT LATJEEL PAEE NEW YORK N Y June 7 There was general surprise at Belmont Park today when it was learned that there has been a change in the official family of the Maryland State Fair Association the name of the association that conducts the racing at Laurel Md MdBy By the change William P Riggs and Frank J Bryan are out of all control and Spalding Lowe Jenkins has been made the general manager with L A Cassidy as his assistant J B Campbell has been named as the new racing secretary secretaryThese These changes are doubly surprising to horsemen in the light of the improvements that had already been made in the Laurel racing a3 well as those that had been prom ¬ ised by Mr Riggs and Mr Bryan
