JUDGE MURPHY IN CHICAGO CONNEAUT LAKE, Pa., June 29.— Joseph A. Murphy left tonight for Chicago to make final arrangements for the test case on which will depend the future of racing in Chicago. He will leave Chicago Friday night for Windsor. A. H. Vivell will succeed Judge Murphy in the stand for the remainder of this meeting.
