ORPEN MAY BUILD A TRACK TORONTO. Ont., July 12. A. M. Orpen, one of the guiding lights behind Dufferin Park and Kenilworth, intimated yesterday that there was a possibility of his building a new mile track next fall on his property at Long Branch. Several years ago he acquired 200 acres in that district. During the war Mr. Orpen let his Hillcrest track pass 1 out of existence and since then has made no effort to locate elsewhere.
