LATEST KENTUCKY GOSSIP LEXINGTON. Ky., July 20. Robert C. Frakes, acting for Cohn and Theisen of Louisville today completed the purchase of three yearlings from James Carrick: The bay colt by Dick Finnell Inlee, by Peep oDay, from W. R. Estill; the bay filly by Hessian-Countess Willmot, by Peter Quince, from the estate of Charles W. Sloore, and the bay colt by SIcGee Ida Harrison, by Ingoldsby. J. C. Slilam left this afternoon for Saratoga Springs to look after the horses he sent there at the close of the Latonia meeting. Slilam today notified secretary Edward G. Stoll of the Kentucky State Racing Commission that Clarence Green, negro exercise boy, has left his employer without permission and all horsemen are warned not to employ or harbor him. j
