MONARDEIJ-iA saved ground when entering the stretch and made a fast and game finish. DICKS DAVGUTER raced RECOMMENDATION into defeat and took the lead, but tired when challenged. MARTON finished with a rush. POMPOUS, off slowly, closed a big gap in the early running, but was shuffled back when attempting to come through on the inside at the eighth poet. TEN BUTTONS ran well and saved ground on all the turns, but could never improve her position. ROYAIj JESTER was herd ridden all the way. ALGOA lacked early speed, but was running well at the end. FOUEST LOBE began in a tangle, Imt closed a gap gamely and wore the tiring BLUEMONT down for second place. The latter rushed into the lead and set a fast pace, but tired when challenged.
