CURRENT NOTES OF THE TURF Sedge has been added to the steeplechase division of the Greentree Stable and will be trained by Vincent Powers. There is a movement on in the West fcr a. memorial in honor of Leon Wing, who was murdered at the recent Reno meeting. Some suggest a stake racf at Tijuana to be known as the Leon Wing Memorial, others that a monument or tablet be erected at the Mexican track. The old plater Zamlochs racing days arc apparently over. He was badly cut down in a race at the recent Brighouse Park meeting in Vancouver and it is feared that he will not be able to race again.
