JUDGE MURPHY GOES SOUTH Judge Joseph A. Murphy, after spending Sunday and Monday here in conference with ollicials of the Washington Park Breeders Association, departed for St. Louis, from where he will go to New Orleans to discuss matters in connection with the meeting at Jefferson Park, which opens Thanksgiving Day. .Tudge Murphy will return to Chicago on November 11 and remain for several daysi At that time it is expected that all the preliminary work in the selecting of the finance committee will have been completed and that body will be ready to begin its campaign.
