TO MEET ON FEBRUARY 16 New Washington Park Breeders BreedersAssociation Association to Outline Its ItsPlans Plans on That Date The finance committee of the New Wash ¬ ington Park Breeders Association has not changed its plans as originally mapped out pertaining to the perfecting of an organiza ¬ tion The committee is arranging a dinner that will be held either at the Chicago Ath ¬ letic Association or the Illinois Athletic Club Members of both clubs are on the finance committee and naturally would like to see the launching of the mammoth proposition held at their respective clubs Invitations will be sent to some 500 who have signified their willingness to help to bring back to Chicago the sport of kings kingsJudge Judge Murphy who is now at New Orleans presiding at the Fair Grounds has arranged for a committee of the Thoroughbred Horse ¬ mens Association to come to Chicago and also a number of Kentucky breeders who have signified their willingness to help the Chicago proposition along The finance com ¬ mittee has not named an otlicial date but it might be said that Friday February 16 will be selected selectedFull Full plans will be announced and Judge Joseph A Murphy will be here to tell the people exactly the conditions and will ask cooperation in restoring racing on a high plane The new association will invite a great number other than those who have already signified their willingness to become boosters and a permanent organization will be launched a nominating committee named and all necessary and essential matters arranged
