TAYLOR IS REINSTATED r u LOUISVTLLE, Ky., May 21.— With the approval P- of the Kentucky State Racing Commission, i- which held a meeting Saturday, the lft stewards terminated its ruling against J. Thomas Taylor, trainer, who was ruled off n at Lexington last year for using abusive /e and profane language to the officials. Taylor y- was also granted a license by the commission. q- The application of W. W. Taylor, jockey, . who was ruled off at the same time, was is disapproved by the stewards and a license se was denied by the commission.
