ZEV AGAINST EP1NARD? I LATONIA, Ky., Nov. 3. S. C. Hil-dreth received a cable today from a French newspaper asking him if ho would send Zav to France to race against Epinard. He said that such a race was open to negotiations, but that this country is the only place to stage such an event. Then ho also called attention to the fact that under the French rules foreign horses were only permitted to race in certain races conditioned for international competition.
