WARNING FOR ROUGH RIDING NEW ORLEANS, La., Jan. 10. The stewards had a prolonged session with jockeys Lee and Parke after the finish of the third race, in which both riders indulged in some rough riding. Lee was the aggressor when ho began carrying Rinkey out and Parke retaliated by later forcing King ONeill II. toward the inner rail. The stewards reprimanded both riders and gave them to understand that they would suffer suspension for a similar offense.
